Number 74

Images and representations are part of defining our individual identity. The conscious effort which is insert in the essence, the subject of an image gives its value to it. With accumulation, we are converging  into a manufacture way of producing images, a lost a conscious effort, ending in a general bulimia, leading itself to the lost of value and meaning of an image. And maybe, leading to a lost of identity.

We do have choice in the selection of images, because of their popularisation. But if images are selected without attention and care, then their identity, their meaning and essence will disappear. We are the one who give a sense to images.
